While generic queries and concerns are supported by our Contact Centre and dedicated services providers, the team of PRMs manages any business queries of the partners (Scroll down for building-wise contact details of Partner Relations Managers).
In our effort to develop one-to-one interaction with our esteemed partners, PRM schedules a courtesy visit to meet up with Manager-In-Charge of the office once the BP moves into their office premises at DIC.
The BP is encouraged to contact their PRM to convey feedback on services and facilities extended at the zone. PRM evaluates the feasibility of the solutions recommended by the Partners and addresses/resolves them appropriately.
PRM organizes road shows, exhibitions, community activities, social events to network with fellow members and explore new business opportunities. Invitations are sent to all business partners through email. Please keep your email address updated by sending an email to customercare@dic.ae. Your company’s contact details appear on the Business Partners list on DIC website (http://www.dubaiinternetcity.com/partner_directory). This obviously generates enormous business leads.
PRM issues the DIC Newsletter which contains news relevant to the Free Zone, DIC Community, Dubai Holdings, Profiles of Partners, etc. Do send us an email on customercare@dic.ae to publish your products/advertisement in the Newsletter.
The Business Partner Profile Directory, provides comprehensive information on the vast range of products and services offered by over 950 plus companies that come from across the ICT industry spectrum. The Directory showcases the huge pool of resources and expertise available in the DIC community – which has member companies ranging from large multinationals to regional majors and promising entrepreneurial ventures, and is a hotbed for ICT excellence and innovation. The Directory lists companies in six industry segments. The DIC Partner Directory is distributed to various government departments, large banks, multinational private sector organisations and at road shows. The directory will help anyone in the industry to tap the communitys offerings. Copies of the directory have been distributed to companies in the Zone.
As part of our efforts to add further value to your business operations here at the Free Zone, we have opened an office in the Shenzen Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in China. This office is intended to provide support for Business Partners seeking to develop trade between Dubai and one of the fastest-growing regions in the Eastern Hemisphere. Located in Room 303, International Business Platform, 3/F, C-1 Building, Hi-tech Industry Park Shenzhen, this is a central point from which Business Partners can look to expand the scope of their operations.
