Sponsorship Letters – Personal

A sponsored employee usually requires sponsorship letters for various documentation in the UAE (i.e. Insurance, Embassies, Immigration, Vehicle Registration, Driving License or any personal related matters), and such service is offered by GSO.

Requirements

The following documents are required for submission at GSO’s Business Counter:

• “Application for Service Letter” form duly filled and signed by authorized signatory.
• A passport photocopy with Residence Visa page.

Car Registration – Personal

To obtain a letter for car registration, the above documents are required for submission in addition to the car’s details like the engine number, chassis number, colour, make and model.

Car Registration – Commercial

Requirements

To purchase a vehicle on the company’s name the following documents are required for submission at GSO’s Business Counter:

• “Application for Commercial Vehicle” form duly filled and signed by authorized signatory.
• An RTA report showing details of vehicles registered under the company’s name.

Time Line

GSO issues Sponsorship Letters at the same day of documents submission and payment.

Important!

Sponsorship letters are valid for two (2) months from date of issue.
